We do an open house each year that we are part of a church as a thank you to our church members for allowing us to serve them. This year was especially sweet because the people in our church are so wonderful. This was truly a labor of love, and the house was stuffed with people! Unfortunately, I did not get ANY, not one, picture of people because I could never get back around to my camera! That's how full we were. Thanks to everyone who came.....it was wonderful!
I'm a new Pastor's wife and we just did a Christmas open house for our church yesterday. I loved being able to invite everyone over and have cookies, cocoa, and cider ready for them. I hope this can become a Christmas tradition for my husband and I. Your house if beautiful!
I am a Bible-believing, three kid-loving, elementary-teaching, nephew-doting, conservative-thinking, great book reading, friend-adoring, grad school-studying, two-mile walking, diet-trying, parsonage-dwelling, pro-life advocating,reality tv-watching, self-deprecating, doing the best I can woman who happens to be madly in love with and married to a pastor.
Your house looks beautiful!
ReplyDeleteYour tree is gorgeous! The food looks pretty good too.:) So sorry you won't be able to win the prize from Vintage Lane...maybe next time. :)
